Public organization seeks event management software (seminars, events)

We are a public organization for standardization in the workplace and are looking for management software for our events (seminars, conferences). We currently hold 15 to 20 events per year.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Create individual registration forms for each event and integrate them into the company website for the registration process
• Up to approx. 250 participants
• Events are free of charge for participants, so no billing of costs is required
• Management of participant data (e.g., filtering by meal requests, creating participant lists)
• Compliance with data protection regulations
• On-premises or cloud solution

Two software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
