We are looking for new property management software as a real estate manager. We currently manage and maintain approximately 970 units, of which around 900 are residential units. We only have a few commercial units. Of the residential units, approximately 1/9 are rented and approximately 8/9 are in condominium associations (WEGs). The software we are looking for should bundle most of our individual areas so that we no longer have to maintain multiple databases. We currently maintain our master data in MS Office (Excel, Outlook), in the existing property management software, in another management software, and in an external master data sheet.
The software should meet the following requirements, among others:
Five software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
