Production, engineering, and trading company seeks software for documenting training measures

We are an international company operating in the field of medical technology and related IT equipment. We are looking for software tailored to our needs (training database, learning platform) for documenting our training measures.

As part of our QM certifications according to ISO 13485, 9001, and 14001, we are committed to the continuous training and qualification of our employees at various levels. All training courses, instructions, further training measures, and their effectiveness must be documented. We currently have approximately 35 PC workstations, but these are not usually used simultaneously.

We need a platform where all employees can access the learning content and where we can document the training measures for each employee.

The software should meet the following requirements:

Approximately 30 software workstations are planned initially. In the future, all 100 employees should be able to work with the desired solution on approximately 35 PC workstations.

The work is carried out in an MS Windows system landscape.
