We are looking for a CRM system for our pharmaceutical wholesale business that meets the following requirements:
- Can be used internally and also for field service with mobile devices
- Easy-to-use documentation of field service visits and other contacts (phone, email, letter); also by internal staff
- All available information should be visible for each business partner (contracts, emails, visitor reports, cover letters, personal information such as date of birth/hobbies/etc.)
- Links between business relationships, who works with whom
- Linking or manual assignment of outgoing and incoming emails to the respective business partner
- Evaluation/categorization of business partners
- Evaluation of customer data (when was the last order/delivery)
- Customer satisfaction analyses (complaints/returns)
- Form letters for marketing measures
- Possible route planning
- Interface to the Mave merchandise management system
- Platform-independent, location-independent, time-independent access to a central data pool (web-based, SaaS)
Approximately 20 workstations are planned.
