As a personnel service provider, we employ approximately 90 service staff and chefs, whom we assign to our customers on a temporary basis, and are looking for software to support us in our administration.

We have the following requirements for the software:

  • Master data for employees with availability
  • Customer file with
    • different conditions stored
    • Professions that are deployed there
    • Equal pay monitoring
    • ASP, etc.
  • Creation of events
  • Event overview by date (several per day)
  • Employee scheduling with push notifications via app to employees informing them that they have been scheduled and requesting confirmation
  • Hourly recording of employees per assignment (preferably mobile)
  • Invoicing of events to customers based on the hours recorded by employees
  • Invoice dispatch via email to customers
  • Various evaluation options
  • And much more
  • Simultaneous work by dispatch, accounts payable, recruiting, etc.
  • Windows compatible

Approximately five software workstations are required.
