We are an online marketing agency that offers various products with variable prices through a structured sales organization.
As we are constantly growing and our sales structure is becoming increasingly complex, we are looking for flexible commission calculation software that can be tailored precisely to our needs.
Our requirements for the software
- Modern, easy-to-use interface (no IT specialists required)
- Combined personnel management (sales partners), customer management, and contract management
- Individual user rights settings (admin and users) (each sales partner should have their own access)
- Overview of existing commissions for the coming years, history, statistics (own sales, total sales, etc.)
- Recording of orders with different products and varying prices (from monthly fees to one-time setup fees, 12-24 month contracts)
- Option to create multiple agents for one customer (depending on the product)
- We do not require a shop system
- Windows and Mac OS X compatible
- Possible interface to a financial accounting system (e.g., Orgamax)
- Import of incoming payments via electronic account statement (account reconciliation, directly linked to the bank)
- No limit on the number of users
- Important: Data protection and data backup
- No paid updates or maintenance contracts
- Import of existing data from Excel (import layout)
- Export of all data to Excel
- Specification of different payment types, e.g. installment payments, discounts, starter packages

- How much does it cost?
- What are the advantages of renting and buying for our company?
- Is there a free initial setup, basic training, and free support?
- Where is the data backed up? (own server, cloud, etc.)
Our commission model
- 3 areas that participate in each other: Sales, Head Key Account Management & Key Account Management
- Share of personal sales (7.5–20%)
- Share of the other's sales if the appointment for these was made (7.5–10%)
- 12- and 24-month contracts (depending on department and appointment)
- Head Key Account participates in Key Account sales (2.5%)
- Share of sales from customer recovery (5%)
- No direct levels!
