We are a manufacturing company based in southern Germany and produce electronic modules for medical devices, among other things. We are looking for an idea management system to optimize our company suggestion scheme.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • CIP (continuous improvement process) and company suggestion scheme should be managed with this software.
  • Evaluation of CIP and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
  • Evaluation of production and machine data (runtimes, maintenance and downtimes, interface for data evaluation)
  • Visualization of such data, NO MES system
  • Entry of CIP and company suggestion scheme inputs and results.
  • Analysis and visualization of machine data after it has been put into the correct form.
  • Scheduling of training for production employees
  • Planning and logging of machine maintenance, etc.

Ten software workstations are planned.
