We are a thriving management consultancy and are looking for HR software (applicant management system).
We have the following requirements for the solution:
- Candidate management, applicant management
- But also the creation and management of an applicant pool
- Integration of PDF files, photos, employment contracts
- Digital personnel file – the personnel file should primarily contain the most important data, including salary levels, and offer employees the option of entering their vacation days and sick days
- Document management and archiving would be advantageous
- Optional use of social media (e.g., Xing)
- Possibly personnel development
- Windows-compatible
- Web-based
- Assignment of rights, i.e., the two managing directors and the HR manager with full access, administrative rights - the other employees with read and write access
- Certified hosting, servers, and data centers should be located at least in the EU, preferably in Germany (for data protection reasons)
Three or 11 software workstations are planned. (One HR manager and two managing directors. If employees are also to be given access, eight people will be added).
