Management consultancy is looking for an ERP (add-ons, scalable modules) for a company in the aviation industry

As a management consultant, I am looking for an ERP system (add-ons, scalable modules) for a young and prosperous southern German company in the aviation industry.

The system must meet the following requirements:

General

• No cloud solution
• High transparency with regard to the data model behind the solution and the ERP data model
• Multilingual (at least German and English, other languages would be nice but expandable)
• Multi-currency capability (initially at least for euros and US dollars)
• Modularly scalable
• The provider should be able to provide a test system (for parallel operation)
• This should also apply to any updates or releases

Solution-oriented

• Purchasing with supplier management
• Article management with master and transaction data at the individual part level (not series or batch), history with warehouse movements can be mapped across the entire life cycle
• Individual article management per copy
• Inventory management with booking and removal of articles via mobile solution (QR code, RFID, barcode, etc.)
• Manufacturing (for variant and single-item production)
• Financial accounting module with cost accounting, planning, and controlling
• Customizable workflow setup
• Integration of CAD, configuration management, and project management solutions via interfaces

The company currently has approximately 35 employees and is growing rapidly. Therefore, the solution must be scalable in terms of licenses and data volumes.

The system must run on its own server or, alternatively, on a third-party server (rented or with sole access).

Approximately 15 software workstations are required. The software must be capable of running on a UNIX/Linux or MS Windows server and on MS Windows clients.
