We are looking for an inventory management solution for our southern German retail store (second hand). We currently have approx. 15,000 items in our portfolio and our store is approx. 800 square meters in size. In our portfolio we offer high-quality second-hand clothing and fashion for women, men and children, as well as shoes, jewelry, accessories, household items and furniture. The database is an MS Access structure.
The software should fulfill the following requirements:
- current database has approx. 6,000 suppliers and 150,000 articles
- Create and edit suppliers with customer number
- Supplier receives 50% of the sale of his commission goods
- Creation of the commission goods with price, category, variants (such as size, color, brand) with assignment of the supplier and optional selection of “order indicator” for return to the supplier
- The supplier should be charged a processing fee of €3.50 per 30 items
- Label printing with barcode - selectable with Zebra printer, Dymo printer or laser printer
- The label should contain the date, description, variants, customer number, optional AKZ and barcode
- after completion of an acceptance, it should be possible to print a list of the items created and the quantity
- it should be possible to reprint all lists
- it should be possible to reduce an article by 50% after 3 months
- sold articles should be booked as sold to the customer with a barcode scanner - 50% of the sales price for the supplier and 50% for the seller
- it should be possible to change the price manually when scanning the sold items
- Unsold items should be recorded on the label using a barcode scanner and deleted from the database
- It should be possible to retrieve the payout amount and processing fees of a supplier and print them out if required
- When a payment is made, the items sold and processing fees concerned should be booked out and a list printed out
- Display and printout of sales, payments due, expired items with barcode
- Data backup
- Network-compatible
- On Premises preferred
A cash register connection is not necessary as an external cash register system is used.
Two software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
