We are a medium-sized company (IT systems trading) and are looking for online shop software.
The software should meet the following requirements:
- Optimized for mobile devices, responsive design
- Order processing
- Order creation from quotation, order confirmation, invoice, delivery note, reminder
- Orders via email (possibly define PDF attachments for certain document types, e.g., terms and conditions for order confirmation, which are automatically attached when the document is created)
- Optional: automated follow-up document creation (e.g., invoice from order)
- Optional: dunning process
- DATEV interface
- Design
- Category directory always visible on the left so that the customer never “gets lost”
- Edit CSS styles for texts and links
- Optional: scrolling mega menu
- Possibly display the main categories at the top as a horizontal menu bar (e.g., POS systems, POS software, POS bundles)
- Optional: when clicking on a main category, a list of the subcategories it contains opens (preferably with a small category image at the top, followed by the subcategories)
- Product
- Price maintenance and price display in net
- Categories with any subcategories
- At least 1000 items
- Item variants (attributes can be assigned prices, automatic price calculation for the resulting item variants)
- Product filters (properties or attributes such as “length” and “width” of labels must be usable as filters (e.g., filter products by label width and label height or color of cash registers or type of operating system, etc.)
- Customer
- Newsletter function with serial emails to all customers with an active newsletter
- Optional: Creation of customer groups via freely definable queries
- Optional: Shop-based customer account (customers log in and see their orders – receipts to be displayed must be able to be made visible/invisible manually or only receipts that have not been canceled may be displayed)
- Search engine optimization
- Own pages and product pages with title and description, source code editable
- Links can be set to “no follow” (if necessary, this can also be done via the source code)
- 301 redirects of all pages when migrating to a new shop system
Backend access is provided for at least 2-3 people.
