We are an IT system house based in northern Germany and are looking for a ticket system that we can integrate into our ERP system and use in our company. If we are satisfied with the integrated ticket system, we intend to market this software with our ERP system and act as a reseller for the ticket system. (This could involve 1-100 software workstations at a later date).

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Customer inquiries
  • Support
  • Complaints
  • Web-based

We are planning to have approximately 20 software workstations.
