International distributor in the process of being established seeks merchandise management system

We are a start-up company in the international trade sector and are looking for a merchandise management system. We are exclusively responsible for the worldwide distribution of a machine component with variants.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Invoicing in foreign currencies and VAT/Euro, customers (international customers, e.g. China and USA)
• Customer master data management
• Article management in German/English
• Evaluations such as open offers, bestseller/worst seller lists
• Warehouse management (if possible, but not essential, with consignment warehouse)
• The system must be fully accessible via the Internet
• As the customers are largely known, no advanced CRM functions are required
• Global access required
• Support for local data backup

We are planning one fixed SAAS user and another 2-3 mobile workstations (in the US and abroad).
