We are an institute and are looking for software to manage seminars and coaching sessions for our needs.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • CRM
  • Management of lecturers and coaches
  • Creation of training products (e.g., individual and series seminars)
  • Billing
  • Calendar (rooms, resources, participants)
  • Appointment management
  • Resource management
  • Forms (e.g., certificates, attendance certificates, attendance lists)
  • Optional booking tool
  • An interface to MS Word would be nice to have
  • MS Outlook and Moodle interface
  • Web-based or cloud solution with smartphone connection

Three software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
