Hospital group seeks software for personnel administration and applicant management

We are looking for personnel management and applicant management software for our clinic group, which currently consists of six clinics.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Personnel administration (including vacation)
• Documentation of feedback meetings and annual appraisals
• Applicant management
• Applicant database with criteria that can be customized
• Cost controlling
• Tracking of the recruiting process, including evaluations
• Applicant matching
• Personnel development is not necessary
• Adaptation to the corporate design
• Windows-compatible

Payroll accounting is outsourced. No changes are planned here.

Approximately 10 software workstations are planned.
