Healthcare service provider seeks human resources management software

As a shared service center in the healthcare sector, we are looking for HR management software for our Human Resources department to manage our employees and our customers' employees.

The following areas should be covered:

• Personnel administration
• Digital personnel files
• Preparatory payroll accounting - currently done using Excel files; the creation of files should be automated if necessary
• Interface to the tax office (DATEV)
• Reporting - various evaluations and outputs (e.g., sick leave, birthday list, address list, etc.)
• Time recording (absences, vacation planning) – our customers already use a time recording system
• Optional applicant management (can also be introduced at a later date)
• Different rights assignment for different customers
• Multi-client capability
• Web-based or SaaS

The software is to be used at three workstations.
