Event service provider seeks project management software (including time management and invoicing)

We are an event service provider and support promoters with their trade fairs, events, and shops, for example. For our purposes, we are therefore looking for software that will guide us through our project year in the trade fair, shop, and event sectors, ideally in the form of an annual calendar.

We would like to use a digital solution to structure, optimize, and automate our workflow.

The calendar is an essential part of our work. It should therefore occupy a central position in the software. It would be desirable if we could organize and manage our projects from this calendar. The calendar should allow us to dive into projects and plan them as comprehensively as possible.

From the initial enquiry and quotation to project management, resource planning and invoicing, the software should provide a structure that, ideally, guides us through every single project from start to finish.

The program should be capable of a lot, but easy to use and fun. The usage rights should be adjustable. We have approx. 5 to 6 planners and 20 to 25 executors or fitters.

We may be looking for a bit of a “jack of all trades.” If partial solutions better meet our requirements, there is no reason not to link programs from different areas.
