Catering company (daycare and school catering) is looking for customer and order management

Our catering company supplies daycare centers and schools with healthy, freshly prepared meals. We are looking for software for customer and order management.

The software should fulfill the following requirements

• Management of customer data (providers and / or parents), including
• different forms of billing (monthly flat rates, itemized billing, different services and prices)
• different forms of payment (standing order, direct debit and bank transfer)

• Service billing
• invoicing
• Preparation of monthly invoices

• Outgoing invoice book for tax consultants

• Entry of daily and weekly orders
