Building services company seeks industry software with CRM system

We are a medium-sized service provider in the building services sector (building cleaning) and are looking for modern industry software with a CRM system.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Acquisition/sales
• Invoicing (order processing/creation of quotes, invoicing)
• Advance sales tax return
• Sales representatives should be able to enter customer data, make notes, set appointment reminders, and perhaps also view statistics, overviews, and evaluations. Otherwise, sales representatives should not have access to any other software modules. The boss 1 and boss 2 as well as the secretary should have access to all modules.
• Ideally, the software should be multi-client capable.
• Accounting (may or may not be necessary)
• Interface to DATEV
• In general, a modern app solution for mobile devices would be an additional advantage
• Cloud-based (Mac and Windows compatible)
• Optional good support

Approximately 2-4 software workstations are planned.
