We are looking for an ERP/CRM system for a trading company in the measurement technology and MSR industry. Currently, all customer data, product data, and business processes are documented in individual Microsoft Excel sheets and in a database. This creates unnecessary work and causes errors. Therefore, a suitable ERP/CRM system is needed. The new system should support internal management, marketing, sales, and logistics, as well as the external sales force.

The software should meet the following requirements:

Merchandise management

  • Quotation creation in German and English
    • Old quotations are overwritten when new ones are created
    • Text modules in Microsoft Word
  • Lists: quotations only for orders over 5,000 euros, order receipts/delivery overview, stock levels including batch numbers (traceability), customer sales, product sales
  • Invoicing in German and English
    • When writing new invoices, old ones are overwritten
    • Text modules in Microsoft Word
  • Scheduling/purchasing
  • Open item management (receivables management)
  • Posting of incoming payments and collection
  • Delivery
