We are looking for an ERP/CRM system for a trading company in the measurement technology and MSR industry. Currently, all customer data, product data, and business processes are documented in individual Microsoft Excel sheets and in a database. This creates unnecessary work and causes errors. Therefore, a suitable ERP/CRM system is needed. The new system should support internal management, marketing, sales, and logistics, as well as the external sales force.
