Austrian personnel service provider seeks specialized industry software

We are a personnel services company specializing in financial (accounting) interim management. We place financial (accounting) employees with other companies on a project basis for several months. Our core team consists of six employees who are responsible for recruiting, HR, sales, administration, etc. We also employ approximately 15-20 permanent interim managers who are placed with other companies.

The database software should meet the following requirements:

CRM functions - must have:

• At least 3 pipelines/processes (sales, recruiting, new customers/acquisition)
• Inquiry-order-offer overview and status
• Availability of interim managers (sorting and filtering)
• Contact management (resubmission, contact notes – emails, phone calls, etc.)
• Manage contacts
• Write quotes and invoices
• Track reports, lists, KPIs

nice to have:

• Time tracking (performance tracking) -> immediate billing
• Time tracking (vacation requests, sick leave, etc., transfer to payroll accounting)
• Possibly project management tools
• VoIP
• Qualification matrix
• Appointment scheduling tools

All functions are necessary for the core team; for interim managers, only time tracking and possibly project management tools are required. We work with stand-alone Windows systems.
