Austrian external management company is looking for organizational software for a plant manufacturer

As part of our work as an external management company, we are looking for a software solution for an Austrian plant engineering company that will automate a large part of its operational organization.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Current positions - display
• Vacancies - display
• Individual matrix display
• Hierarchy display with and without employees
• Budget display (employee costs)
• Various information about employees (age, length of service, absences, etc.)
• Full-time equivalent (FTE) - Information about full-time and part-time
• Entry, departure
• Display of management span
• Network display
• Simulation option
• Display of additional information (first aiders, fire safety officers, environmental protection officers)
• Automatic data transfer
• Derive job descriptions
• Link to documents
• Functional level - Affiliation
• Operational level - Portfolio management
• Project organization chart
• Interface to existing HR software
• Web-based preferred, on-premises if necessary

Approximately ten software workstations are planned. MS Windows systems are used.
