Austrian academy seeks software for seminar management

We are a Europe-wide academy in the medical field and provide modular training for specific therapists. We also offer continuing education courses. We are looking for seminar management software to replace our old custom software.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Master data
• Course management
• Location management or management of course venues
• Lecturer (instructor) management
• Student or participant management
• Calendar and appointment management
• Certification of courses, goal-oriented - i.e., final exam for participants and, if successful, a certificate or diploma
• Certificates of attendance
• Invoicing
• Promotion of graduates, public announcements in database
• Multilingual - if possible, English, French, and Spanish in addition to German, otherwise at least German and English
• Cloud solution or web-based would also be conceivable
• Data migration from the existing solution

Currently, approximately 15 software workstations are planned, but more may be required in the future. MS Windows systems are used.
