We are an agricultural business in southern Germany and are looking for suitable invoicing/billing software for the sale of agricultural products (potatoes, asparagus). We currently have around 15 items. The purchasing, warehousing, and accounting features are not required.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Customer management
  • Product management
  • Create products
  • Create delivery notes
  • Automatically create invoices from delivery notes
  • Automatically create collective invoices from multiple delivery notes
  • Print invoices or send them as PDF files by email
  • Take into account the 9% VAT rate
  • Various payment terms
  • Optional quote creation
  • Optional orders, order confirmation
  • Should not run under or with an SQL database
  • Interface to DATEV would be nice
  • Possibly also as a cloud or server solution for access from a laptop

One software workstation is planned. MS Windows systems are used (office PC, laptop).
