First, services such as night shifts and on-call shifts must be stored. This is then used to create an outline plan, for example a rotating sequence of shifts. Master schedules are assigned to the employees as a guideline for duty scheduling. The target staffing of your department is also stored, as well as the minimum staffing, taking into account the required qualifications. Once everything has been defined, a duty roster can be created with just a few clicks. In addition, you can define a variety of individual specifications for the planning.
Create roster automatically
With our optimization component ConSolve® you can create ideal duty rosters automatically. The software knows the most important rules of duty scheduling. Automatic scheduling avoids overtime and balances employees' time accounts as far as possible. Legal and collective agreement regulations are adhered to. You can intervene at any time and adjust the plan according to your needs.
Edit, publish and adjust duty roster
The online check shows you any rule violations in the duty roster. When changes are made to the plan, the displayed data such as time account balances, current staffing and check results are updated immediately. After the plan has been created, you can publish it, for example, using a genenhmic procedure. Changes to the plan after publication are recorded and documented separately.
Connect personnel system
From the recorded working times and the stored tariffs, OC:Planner creates the time data of the employees with a click. The data is further processed in the payroll system. In addition, the personnel data can be synchronized with OC:Planner.
Control personnel deployment
OC:Planner can also be used to set up controlling for personnel resource planning. This includes functions ranging from simple statistical analysis of absences and services performed to distribution of working hours to cost centers (cost center accounting).
