The NC-OPT-S and NC-OPT-L software solutions for sheet metal processing are state-of-the-art both technologically and functionally and are among the market-leading solutions of machine-neutral NC simulation systems for programming complex sheet metal processing centers.

In the technologies of punching, nibbling and beam cutting, the user has all the required functions of the machining centers commonly available on the market at his disposal.

NC-OPT-S and NC-OPT-L for sheet metal working support automatic or interactive program generation for all machining centers in the 2D and 2 1/2D range. A special focus of the solutions is on punching/nibbling, laser and beam cutting.

The basis of the NC-OPT-S programming and simulation software is NC-Draft as an easy-to-learn 2D CAD system, which was specially developed for the requirements of sheet metal part design.

We are happy to work with you to implement any individual requirements and special solutions. For example, we have implemented automated data transfer from CATIA, production on multi-torch machines and order coupling with PPS for sheet metal part production in shipyards.

In aircraft construction, for example, the software is used for cutting floor coverings or for the production of components made of CFRP and GFRP for the interior. Here, we have supplemented the range of functions of the standard software NC-OPT-S and NC-OPT-L e.g. with the automatic determination of machining operations for simultaneous production with 2 spindles as well as automatic nesting with pattern recognition.

For manufacturers in the field of facade elements, the software for sheet metal processing offers, among other things, functions for the automatic processing of parameterized 3D models and the creation of bending and punching programs.
