inforum is the leading management software for controlling complex processes across functional boundaries, trusted by renowned industrial companies worldwide. As a modular platform, it maps quality management, supplier management, production management, field service management as well as integrated management systems in a compliant, scalable way on a shared database.

Manufacturing companies manage complex processes across functional boundaries, with supply chains, quality, production and service all interconnected. In practice, however, this is often handled with isolated tools, fragmented data and high coordination effort. inforum brings processes, data and responsibilities together in one shared system. The software is web-based, consistently AI-supported and modular in design.

inforum connects the central process areas in a consistent system:

  • Supplier relationship management
    Supplier quality determines schedules, costs, and delivery reliability. As SRM software, inforum manages the supplier relationship from RFQ through certificates and initial sampling to supplier evaluation, making risks visible before they affect delivery capability.
  • Quality management
    Quality is not created at the end of the process, but along the entire product life cycle. As CAQ software, inforum combines advance quality planning, series production support and complaint processing in one system and makes quality control measurable, traceable and auditable.
  • Production management
    Stable production requires clear planning, reliable processes and consistent quality assurance. inforum combines production planning, process control and quality management in a common system and creates the basis for controllable processes in operational implementation.
  • Field Service Management
    Service processes have an impact far beyond the individual deployment. inforum combines customer complaints, deployment planning and error prevention in an end-to-end process and ensures that findings from the field are systematically fed back into upstream areas.
  • Integrated management systems
    Standards, processes and documentation rarely interact smoothly in practice. inforum creates the common basis for standard-compliant (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 9001) process and document control and ensures that requirements are mapped consistently and evidence is provided without gaps.
  • Digital apps
    Today, processes extend to machines, customers and partners and require digital solutions that are seamlessly integrated. inforum extends the platform with digital applications that directly connect people, systems and data and bring platform functions into everyday operations in a targeted manner.

Modular design

As a modular management platform, inforum bundles individual functional areas into combinable modules that work on a shared data foundation. Companies first activate the modules they need and expand the system step by step as required. Compared with separate standalone solutions, this eliminates duplicate data maintenance and breaks between systems. inforum is built on this principle and grows with requirements, so no system change is needed as functionality increases.

Deployment according to your requirements

  • inforum On-Premises
    inforum is delivered pre-installed and ready to use as a “plug & play” solution. This allows you to use your own infrastructure without any additional work for your IT department. All data remains completely under your control within your own company.
  • inforum Platform as a Service
    inforum is operated in a certified European data center or a hyperscaler (Microsoft, Google, Amazon) of your choice. JAWA fully manages operations, updates, and data backup on your behalf, relieving your IT department. All data transmission is carried out securely and encrypted.

Seamlessly integrated into your IT landscape

Existing system landscapes in manufacturing companies are often grown organically and complex. inforum is a web-based software designed to fit into these structures. Standardized interfaces enable connection to ERP systems such as SAP and other leading platforms. Data flows where it is needed, without media disruptions and without duplicate maintenance.

The integration is accompanied by JAWA. Interfaces are defined, configured and tested together with the customer. The result is a connected system that complements the existing IT landscape in a meaningful way.
