What is Easy-EDI-Clearing?

Easy-EDI-Clearing is a solution for electronic data exchange between your company, your ERP systems, and your business partners. The software handles the conversion and transmission of structured business documents and supports common EDI scenarios in retail, manufacturing, and logistics. For example, you can automatically process purchase orders, invoices, shipping notices, order acknowledgments, inventory reports, price catalogs, and payment notices. The integrated conversion engine bridges internal ERP formats with the required partner formats.

A key advantage is its ease of setup. You define your own ERP format and select the required partner formats via the graphical user interface. Easy-EDI-Clearing then automatically translates the data into the respective target format. Supported formats include EDIFACT (including EANCOM subsets), as well as XML, ASCII, JSON, and other structured ERP export formats. Data from systems such as Lexware, Sage, sevDesk, custom software, or Excel can also be integrated into the appropriate exchange formats.

Flexibly adapt data to partner requirements

With the template module, you can customize data streams without any programming knowledge. Missing required fields can be added, existing values or structures can be modified, and unnecessary information can be removed before transmission. This allows you to respond to varying requirements from individual customers or suppliers without having to develop a new interface for every change.

The software also supports the processing of electronic invoices using XRechnung and ZUGFeRD 2.x. Established communication channels such as AS2, SFTP, and HTTPS are available for data transfer. With the on-premises model, business-critical data remains on your own hardware. Alternatively, a managed SaaS or cloud model is available.
