Connect the PDA system to the host computer interface of the machines using the DNC Administration module. Manage all setting data, parameters and programs with just a few clicks in the DNC Administration. The program statuses are archived. They can be retrieved and reused at any time. The automatic transfer of setting data records for production combinations eliminates the need for manual setup after changeover.
Numerous features are available to the user for data management. Data sets can be copied and reused. The setting data must have the same control type. If set values are available and the control type of the machines is identical, it is possible to compare different data sets.
Data sets that are no longer required can be deleted. Data sets can be protected or temporarily deactivated.
The software also offers functions for defining criteria in order to find existing setting data sets again. Based on these criteria, the selection for displaying setting records is limited. This is particularly useful if the system has been in use for a long time and the number of records has increased.
