The Warehouse Solutions software package offers freely combinable modules to support all relevant tasks of professional warehouse management. All applications have been specially optimized for installation on industry-compatible mobile PCs/scanners. All processes, i.e. in particular storage and retrieval, inventory management, order picking and track & trace, are scanner-supported on the basis of machine-readable article, batch and storage location identification and, if necessary, serialization at individual item level.

BetterWMS
The warehouse management system (BetterWMS) is a browser-based application that can be accessed from any computer. The application allows role-based, password-protected access to the backend of the solution. In particular, the article master data and the storage bin master data are created and maintained in BetterWMS. The master data can be loaded into the system via an Excel interface and edited and deleted at any time, and new entries can also be added. In addition, picking orders can be created or uploaded using an xls template or interface (via a separate order).
A stock overview of all items can be called up in BetterWMS, also differentiated by storage area. The data can be exported.
BetterStore
Includes the inspection of incoming goods and the storage of goods according to all common procedures, including dynamic or "chaotic" storage. By labeling the storage location with barcodes, the database is able to display the exact location of a product at any time. Inventory management with BetterStore can, for example, be organized according to turnover speed and "first in - first out" (FIFO) principles.
BetterPick
Depicts scanner-guided picking with subsequent quality control. Digitizing the picking process not only makes it faster, but also less prone to errors. BetterPick has interfaces to the merchandise management system as standard. Orders are taken from there and stock changes are transferred there. Companies whose orders are primarily received via online marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon and others benefit from a data interface that automatically transfers these orders to the MDE device of the BetterPick solution.
In contrast to paper-based picking, BetterPick running on the MDE device (mobile data capture device) ensures that the correct items and quantities are picked by means of integrated quality checks when scanning the products during the picking process. The avoidance of incorrect deliveries leads to a reduction in the returns rate. The improved quality goes hand in hand with an acceleration of the picking process and thus indirectly leads to an increase in the volume of orders that can be handled and a reduction in order-related personnel costs. During the development of BetterPick, particular attention was paid to the choice of route through the warehouse. Not every intuitively chosen route is optimal. The MDE device of the BetterPick solution guides the picker to the appropriate storage locations along a route that has been calculated as optimal for each order. This means that even inexperienced employees can find their way around the warehouse straight away. Training times for new employees are correspondingly shorter. This also applies to variable storage bins, where items can be stored in any free storage bin regardless of their item number. BetterPick takes these into account in the route plan, as well as expiration dates and other parameters.
BetterTrack
Shipping order entry and - optionally - linking of unique product identification numbers and relevant customer order data, even in multi-level supply chains with central, distributor and end customer warehouses.
BetterTrace
Management cockpit with evaluations and analysis tools for all relevant aspects of the warehouse and supply chain.
