Flow orientation as a uniform design philosophy is at the forefront of clock-oriented production with the 3Liter PPS. The aim is to reduce throughput times and inventories and to increase on-time delivery and delivery capability through a high degree of flow in the company. The software has a modular design and is conceived as standard software for order-oriented single and small batch manufacturers as well as for project-oriented service companies.

PIT - Producing in time

The production system PIT - Producing in Takt developed by LF Consult makes it possible for the first time to exploit the advantages of flow orientation even for productions with a high variety of parts and complex material flows.
By means of the takt, work packages are synchronized across the relevant resources of the company. In higher-level planning, key dates are specified on the basis of the defined takts, within which the teams independently carry out their sequence planning and processing of the orders.
The organizational approach is supported by the use of our 3Liter-PPS planning software, which plans according to capacity and makes the processing status within the takts transparent.
Target deviations such as missed deadlines become immediately apparent and can be readjusted.
