Furniture manufacturer seeks production planning software

We are a custom furniture manufacturer (display case construction) and are looking for production planning software to optimize our production processes.

The software should support the following requirements:

• Production planning
• Resource planning
• Scheduling
• Control of processes and trades
• Conflict monitoring
• Operational data collection (ODC) by employees or at “process points” in production (e.g., time recording - when a worker clicks on a process point, the time starts, and when they finish the point, the time stops)
• Desirable, but not essential: Managing goods receipts and warehouse data, maintaining inventories, managing parts lists
• Optional connection to existing merchandise management solution
• Rights management

Five software workstations are planned in administration and work preparation, as well as 10-20 worker workstations in production in the long term.
