Vehicle manufacturer seeks software for managing initial sample test reports

We are a renowned vehicle manufacturing company and are looking for software to manage initial sample inspection reports.

The software should meet the following requirements:

Currently, and this would continue to be ideal, initial sample testing is loaded from SAP by suppliers. A specific initial sample test report number is assigned and the process is then managed. 

We use the supplier documentation to create a report that is forwarded for signature. Finally, the signed initial sample test report is uploaded to the teamcenter (archive).

It would be important to have automatic assignment of a report number, tracking of the processing status, and archiving of the report. A digital workflow for approval should now be included.

I could imagine a software solution where the cover sheet can be filled out in SAP and, for example, drawings can be stored for the dimensional inspection item, documentation can be uploaded from the supplier, and, once approved, an initial sample test report in PDF format including signatures is created.

Approximately eight software workstations are planned. On-premises is preferred. MS Windows systems are used.
