University seeks CRM and booking system

We are a university in southern Germany looking for additional software for our continuing education department to manage prospective students and participants. We are looking for a solution or provider for both prospective student management in the sense of a CRM and an online booking system for individual modules and certificates. This system should create an interface to the campus management system used at the university.

The software should meet the following requirements:

CRM system:

• Management of B2B and B2C contact data
• Sending of (serial) emails to specific target groups
• History per entry regarding sent emails, campaigns, and other contacts
• Smooth implementation of the GDPR
• Must enable analyses and reports

Booking system:

• Online booking system with integrated payment function and additional transfer of participant data to existing campus management system
• Integration into existing website (TYPO3) also welcome
• Online account for B2B and B2C customers - enables booking of additional (suitable) modules, but also cancellation or modification of data
• Automatic sending of booking confirmations and creation of invoices

Six to eight software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
