Telecommunications service provider seeks ERP system

We are a telecommunications service provider and are looking for a suitable business solution, as we act as a general contractor for telecommunications providers. As part of our projects, we act as a contractor in the sale of items, billing of services, and management of provisions (by the client). We operate three warehouses (high-bay racking).

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Modular structure
• Starting with purchasing, warehousing, and logistics
• Order entry and posting of goods receipts
• Storage location management on four levels
• Inventory management
• Barcode scanning
• Storage of product photos
• Bills of materials (BOMs)
• Multi-warehouse capable
• Subsequent expansion to include sales
• Billing of goods and services
• Controlling, financial accounting, and construction site management
• On-premises or cloud

Approximately 10-12 software workstations are initially planned for the purchasing, warehouse, and logistics departments at three locations. MS Windows systems are used.
