Swiss engineering company seeks software for personnel development

We are a globally positioned Swiss mechanical engineering company and are looking for software for internal personnel development for our headquarters. Our range of services includes the development, production, and trade of laboratory technology/equipment, mainly for the pharmaceutical industry.

We have the following requirements for the solution:

• Identify gaps between job profiles, requirements (quality management), legal requirements (Swiss law), and employee qualifications, and derive measures from this (the right employee in the right place at the right time)
• Additional support in the organization and development of specialist career planning, employee appraisals, potential analyses (including teams), deputy solutions, knowledge retention, succession planning, etc.
• Employee data must also be available (skills, knowledge, qualifications, educational history, etc.).
• Access for HR managers and supervisors is desired.
• Multi-client capability is desired.
• Mapping of teams
• No interface to payroll accounting required

Approximately 20 software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
