I am in the process of taking my project - my website - to the next stage of development. Ideally, I would like software that routes incoming calls and bills clients automatically whenever possible.

The solution should meet the following requirements:

  • to route incoming calls to the 09001 numbers to a specific attorney, provided they are on call. If he is not on call, the call should be automatically forwarded to the specific number for a particular topic. (-- from individual number to topic number)
  • The lawyer receiving the call should be able to schedule his own time slots online
  • In addition to the “personal numbers (individual numbers),” there are topic numbers (labor law, immigration law, etc.). If a topic-specific number is called, the call should be transferred to the next available attorney categorized under that specific topic
  • In addition to profile management, this software must be able to bill the attorney - preferably automatically - and maintain a call log
  • Outbound calls should not be made
  • It would be nice to have it in German and English
  • Preferably web-based
  • The software should be able to scale in terms of price and performance

A (general) license that allows multiple devices to be operated simultaneously, or possibly one that is subscriber-based (number of subscribers).
