We are a certified specialist company in the HVAC industry and plan, install, and construct heating systems and heat pumps. We are looking for an ERP system or industry solution that enables project-specific scheduling of our technicians.
The software should meet the following requirements, among others:
Basis - Scope
...must enable the business process of scheduling technicians in terms of time and location, as well as project-specific controlling in the form of time recording and monitoring, implemented by the project management team.
Basis - Users
...must be usable for up to 25 users in the office and up to 60 users on the construction site.
Basic - Hardware
...should be usable on existing hardware as far as possible and not require any upgrades.
Functions - necessary
...must enable the creation of a daily updated overall plan for all employees involved in execution in terms of location and time. It must also map the time control function of the overall project and, proportionally, of the employees involved.
Functions – optional
...should also be able to map the working hours of employees on the construction site and, if necessary, offer the option of instrumentalized project time planning, such as bar charts.

...should be certified and thus comply with data protection standards.

...must enable the assignment of detailed, user-specific rights and access.

...should have a functional user interface.

...should be able to be introduced in the company within three months, but no later than six months.

...must not exceed a maximum cost of $60,000 for purchase, user licenses, and support.
Up to 25 software workstations are planned for internal use. In addition, up to 60 will be added on the construction site. This would result in a total of up to 85 workstations.
