Spare parts dealer seeks management software for technical devices, systems, and equipment

We are a wholesaler in the spare parts trade for technical equipment and vehicles and are looking for software for planning, monitoring, and maintaining machines, tools, testing and auxiliary equipment, safety devices, and similar equipment and building components.

The following requirements must be met:

• Electronic recording
• Database-based
• Offline (in-house) if possible
• Email option for notifications
• Assignment (including external service providers such as IT service providers or maintenance companies) via email
• Checking
• Monitoring
• Access control, user rights would be an advantage
• Multi-device capable
• Windows compatible

1-5 software workstations are planned.
