We are a solar technology manufacturer (series production) and are looking for software that supports us in capacity planning and personnel scheduling. When a new order is entered, the work units should be automatically issued and assigned to the employees.
The software should divide and monitor individual work steps, e.g.
1. Solder 40 pieces per hour
2. Cut 100 pieces of foil
3. Glue 200 hooks
4. Laminate 500 pieces
etc.
Currently, there are about 40 employees whose work is to be planned with the software, and later there will be 1,000. The software we are looking for should be Windows-compatible. A cloud solution is NOT desired.
