I am a property management company in liquidation in southern Germany and am looking for software to prepare annual financial statements for an apartment building with 10 residential units. It should also be able to prepare annual financial statements retroactively for 22 years for internal purposes.

The software should meet the following requirements, among others:

  • Annual financial statements for 22 years
  • Record investments and contributions of two partners of a partnership under Civil Code, including external financing, not separately
  • Rental income for each unit
  • Vacancies for each unit
  • Extensive cash receipts and expenditures of two partners, including reimbursements (unmanaged cash)
  • Special income of partnership under Civil Code, such as insurance payments for water damage, etc.
  • As a purchase solution or as a rental solution
  • Ideally, document entry by scanning from 60-70 file folders, automated or semi-automated (could also be made possible by additional programming)

One software workstation is planned. The system used is MS Windows. We are also happy to receive a service offer.
