The software should support the following tasks and functions.
- Customer and address management
- Customer import (interface), again and again as customer database exists and must be maintained
- One delivery address per billing address
- Order processing
- Order import
- Quotations for services
- Invoices, reminders, OP management
- Create recurring invoices (maintenance contracts)
- Calculate license periods
- Calculate maintenance fees
- Calculate payment fees (credit card)
- Reminders by e-mail (reminder text in e-mail, invoice copy as attachment)
- DATEV connection
- PDF / XLS export
- Everything sent by e-mail
- Direct debit
- Invoices, forms, cover letters, etc. in various languages
- Manage and write cover letters / contracts
- Invoice certified
- Invoice numbers with date
- Current account import
- Simple invoice correction / credit note writing
- Possibly with payroll accounting
