Software company seeks financial accounting

We are a software company and are looking for software for accounting, financial accounting and possibly payroll accounting.

The software should support the following tasks and functions.

• Customer and address management
• Customer import (interface), again and again as customer database exists and must be maintained
• One delivery address per billing address

• Order processing
• Order import
• Quotations for services

• Invoices, reminders, OP management
• Create recurring invoices (maintenance contracts)
• Calculate license periods
• Calculate maintenance fees
• Calculate payment fees (credit card)
• Reminders by e-mail (reminder text in e-mail, invoice copy as attachment)
• DATEV connection
• PDF / XLS export
• Everything sent by e-mail
• Direct debit
• Invoices, forms, cover letters, etc. in various languages
• Manage and write cover letters / contracts
• Invoice certified
• Invoice numbers with date
• Current account import
• Simple invoice correction / credit note writing

• Branch management

• Possibly with payroll accounting

• Windows based
