Social institution seeks instructional software

We are a social institution (non-profit) in the field of child and youth welfare and are looking for training software, for example for fire safety, occupational safety, and hygiene.

The software should meet the following requirements, among others:

• Training
• Reminders of when the next training session is due
• Which employees are missing which training sessions
• Maintenance of the prevention file (with the company doctor --> keyword attendance or use by colleagues)
• Interface(s) to other areas, including external or outsourced areas, e.g., first aid, data protection, company doctor, vehicle management (vehicle fleet)

Approximately five software workstations are planned. The system runs on MS Windows.
