Service provider seeks software for rental, sales, tracking (vehicles and construction machinery)

I recently started my own business and founded a service company. It involves renting out vehicles and construction machinery (primarily) to craft businesses. The equipment rented out includes construction machinery, cordless screwdrivers, electrical appliances, angle grinders, and cut-off saws. These devices, as well as the vehicles, are to be sold periodically after a certain period of time. Consumables and wear parts, such as batteries, cutting discs, drill bits, etc., are sold continuously and therefore regularly. I am therefore looking for software for the rental, sale, and tracking of vehicles and construction machinery in order to set up and further expand my company. This can be as powerful as a merchandise management system.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Scheduling of rentals (vehicles and construction machinery)
• Sales (consumables and wear parts such as batteries, cutting discs)
• Inventory management
• Tracking (vehicles and construction machinery)
• Invoicing
• Quotations
• Orders
• Delivery notes
• Invoices
• Electronic recording and processing when items are issued and later returned, e.g., via Bluetooth or barcode
• macOS compatible

One to five software workstations are planned, i.e., three initially until spring 2020.
