We are looking for customer relationship management (CRM) software for our publishing house that meets the following requirements:
- Address management (master data and order history) and the ability to filter by ZIP codes and/or different customer groups
- Creation and printing of invoices, delivery notes, order confirmations, quotes, and reminders with various discounts and terms for up to 1,200 customers per year
- Single and batch printing of labels with customer addresses
- Customization of invoice forms (logo, custom text, etc.) and labels
- No accounting or interface to online banking is required
- Optional: External access via smartphone
- Optional: Import of addresses from existing DOS software
2–3 software workstations are planned.
