We are looking for a customer management program for mortgage consulting that meets the following requirements:
- Customer management
- Customer history
- To-dos/Follow-ups
- Enter loans with corresponding data
- Create tasks related to interest rate expirations
- Sales pipeline (from which I can identify the current phase)
- Enter properties and associated loans
- Windows-compatible
We are currently planning for 3–5 software workstations.
