Retail company seeks software for branch, sales, and marketing management

We are looking for software for branch, sales, and marketing management for our retail company with approximately 90 branches throughout Germany.

We need easy-to-use software that can be used for communication, review, and monitoring between the company headquarters (specialist departments), regional management, and decentralized branch locations.

The software should support the following requirements:

• Record, manage, and communicate branch visits and to-do lists.
• Sales and marketing campaigns should be able to be controlled and monitored.
• Control and monitor regular as well as short-term tasks (e.g., shop window decoration, working time control).
• It should be possible to independently create, control, monitor, and organize a wide variety of workflows.
• High flexibility of the software is desired.
• It should be a cloud-based or web-based solution.

All branch locations have a Windows back office. For the new software, we can imagine additional tablets so that orders (e.g., decorations) can be viewed, processed, and documented (e.g., with images) directly on the sales floor.

Approximately 100 users should have access to the software.
