We operate five hardware stores and furniture stores and are looking for a modern and cost-effective new ERP or complete system. The focus is on merchandise management, CRM, cash registers, and financial accounting. Servers and hosting should be outsourced.

We have the following requirements for the software:

  • Merchandise management
  • Posting incoming and outgoing goods
  • Warehouse management
  • CRM, customer management
  • Recording purchase contracts (some employees work on commission)
  • Cash register function or cashier transactions
  • Finance, financial accounting
    • Bank transfers
    • Checking invoices, etc.

    • Time recording
    • Payroll accounting, etc.

  • Price labeling, electronic signs (not a must, just a dream)
  • Complaint handling, processing complaints
  • Online shop in planning
