Our trading and service company is active in the areas of service, sales, installation, and repair or maintenance of technical equipment at customer sites. We are looking for software for our trading and service company to support the following

  • Customer management
  • Scheduling for 7 employees, also visible in the field (calendar)
  • Appointment reminder function or follow-up function
  • Quotation and invoicing
  • Article management
  • Search option via keywords (e.g. for reminders)
  • Flexible access options (office, home office, on the road)

Orders should be generated from the customer manager to the technical employees (iPad, tablet, smartphone, and Windows laptop) or, alternatively, employees should be able to access the customer database from all work locations, view it, and obtain information from stored images and documents (only if possible, not required).

Furthermore, the data should be transferred from the existing customer manager and merchandise management system, if possible while retaining the current numbering system.

A total of 4 software workstations are initially planned, 2 of which are home office workstations, with the possibility of adding another home office workstation at a later date.
