We are active in plant engineering and are looking for resource planning software for the plant engineering/service sector.

Key project objectives

  • Automatic addition and removal of technicians or employees based on changes made by the HR department in SAP (interface with SAP)
  • Application also possible on smartphones, or time recording and sick leave reporting via smartphone (all operating systems) and automatic synchronization with the software
  • Individual view of columns, as well as an overview of all columns including exact employee representation
  • Filter options in the overview by individual employees, column, area, and individual projects
  • Unique construction site designation analogous to other software used: SAP
  • Timeline adjustable by day, week, month, and year
  • Keep handling simple despite all requirements, quick introduction of employees possible
  • All projects and requests should also be displayable as bars even without direct assignment
  • Quick recording of absences and sick leave

Requirements for the deployment planning software

  • Planning for approx. 250-300 employees
  • Various filter functions (area, column, day, week, month, employee, possibly qualification)
  • It should be smartphone-compatible
  • Interface to SAP

The number of software workstations cannot yet be determined exactly. There should only be a limited number of planners. However, there are foremen who should have the right to enter sick leave notifications.
